The New Atlético Madrid: the post Griezmann Era
In the last seasons, the offensive reference and organiser of Atlético Madrid squad was Antoine Griezmann but, since the last summer, increasing rumours surrounded the player, saying he is now more interested in winning or at least compiting for the next years titles like LaLiga or the Champions League. So he is not going to be the offensive reference of the team anymore. Instead, the purchase the portuguese peospect Joao Félix, with an exorbitated price of 120 million €. This is a drastic change, implying changes in the structure of the game (Simeone now has to decide if the 2 strikers he usually display are Costa-Morata or Costa-Félix). But this is not all.
